Welcome:
My approach to counselling is to provide a welcoming and secure place for you to relax and discover your own path. Providing compassionate and effective counselling in a place where you can feel comfortable and safe. We all sometimes need a place to be fully ourselves, where we are accepted just as we are with no judgments, a place to share our story safely.
I know that sometimes life can become fractured and difficult to navigate, life events happen, past traumas arise, we suffer loss or lose our purpose of self. My role as a therapist is to listen with acceptance and care helping you to discover your own path to understanding and growth.
