When we experience any of the above it can be very debilitating and have a great impact on how we feel both emotionally and in our bodies. We can experience physical pain, stomach upsets, headaches, overwhelming tiredness. Our emotions can spiral between tears and anger completely draining our energy and stop us from having a full and happy life.
My aim is simple, it's to help and guide you through whatever difficulty is heavy and distressing for you right now, to help you find your answers and gain an understanding of yourself enabling you to grow and move forward in your life with calm and purpose.
I understand that taking your first step into counselling can be daunting which is why I offer you a FREE telephone conversation with me before you book. We can go through how the sessions will work, you can ask me questions about anything that is worrying you, we can get to know each other a little and also you can decide whether you feel comfortable with me, all before you book.
When we meet for the first time I will welcome you and make sure you feel comfortable in the room and then we will go through a working contract which explains who I am, my way of working, Confidentiality, sessions, mutual boundaries, Fees etc., of which you will get a copy to keep. We can talk about anything you wish to bring but do not feel that you have to know what to say, as I understand that entering a room with someone for the first time and talking openly is huge and you can take as much time as you need to feel comfortable.
Sessions last 1 hour and cost £55 payable by Bank Transfer (24 hrs. before) or Cash on the day and can be booked weekly, fortnightly or monthly it is your choice. You do not have to book a certain number of sessions it again is up to how you feel and you can stop sessions at any time.

- The standard fee is £55 per hour session (individuals) Payable via BACS (24 hours in advance) or Cash.
